As we mentioned on our opening page, the Howe Extreme website was originally launched for our dirt modified race team. You can click here to read about our racing adventures from 2000 to 2005.During June of 2006, Jay and I packed up and moved from Ohio to the Coastal Carolinas. We now call Beaufort, South Carolina home sweet home. The area is absolutely beautiful. Charleston, SC is about an hour North of us and Savannah, GA is about 45 minutes to our South. The popular tourist island of Hilton Head is about 5 miles by sea from the Island we live on, but its about 45 minutes to get there by road
