In 2009 the Midwest Classic Racing Association will begin its 15th year with over 150 members in Michigan and surrounding states. It is ponsible for the promotion of Dwarf Car Racing and the management of over 25 events per season at 10 different tracks in the series.MCR has grown ically, and made great strides in Dwarf Car Racing in the past 15 years. MCR is a private corporation, with volunteers that contribute their time, erience and knowledge to the promotion of the organization.
