Due to the volume of unlawful video, photo and trademark reproductions taking place with respect to participants, events and trade names recently, it has become necessary for Colorado National Speedway to strictly enforce the CNS and NASCAR rules and guidelines with respect to the usage and sale of such media. While we certainly understand that this can be upsetting to the casual weekend photographer, it is important to understand the legal ramifications that exist. Colorado National Speedway does not intend to prohibit the use of still cameras at the race track; however, the sale of such photos is strictly prohibited without prior written approval of CNS andor NASCAR depending upon the event.
